Brittany Nobles, Esq.

Brittany is an associate attorney whose extensive research skills and experience make her an asset to both the prosecution and enforcement of Fish IP™’s clients’ IP.

Brittany focuses on helping clients obtain protections for their copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and designs to strengthen their IP portfolios and achieve their business goals.  To that end, Brittany also works with clients in addressing ADA and CCPA issues, and drafting terms of use and service.  Brittany also regularly works on contractual matters from development, manufacturing, assignment and licensing, confidentiality/non-disclosure, consent, and settlement agreements, to work-made-for-hire and arts related agreements for musicians and content creators.

Brittany works closely with the firm’s partners and senior attorneys in identifying and addressing infringement, litigation, arbitration, and matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. 

Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree from UC Santa Cruz in History of Art and Visual Culture with a Concentration in Religion and Visual Culture, and in Politics. She earned her law degree and Certificate in Global Legal Studies from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was a Research Assistant to two professors and Teaching Assistant for the China Study Abroad Program.  During law school, Brittany interned with the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego’s Grant Writing Department and completed coursework in International Law and Art Business through Sotheby’s Institute of Art. 

Brittany is admitted to the Bar of the U.S. Virgin Islands and is a Founding Board Member of Filipino Lawyers of Orange County.

Outside the office, Brittany enjoys playing pool, weightlifting, working on her own artwork, and spending time with her grandma.
