Cynthia Rosas is a Human Resources and Accounting Assistant at Fish IP Law™. Cynthia exercises 30 years of legal industry experience, and has served as a civil senior litigation paralegal for matters at the state, federal, appellate, and Supreme Court levels. In addition to her extensive legal industry experience, Cynthia has an in-depth knowledge of human resource management, including benefits administration, onboarding, and recruiting. When Cynthia is not performing HR tasks, she assists with account management and helps to ensure the financial needs of our clients are met.
Cynthia Rosas obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in American Foreign Policy, from California State University, Fullerton. She has served as a Commissioner on the Historic Resources Commission for the City of Santa Ana, and is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Cynthia enjoys sports, cooking, and dedicating herself to her family and church.
